In short
A modular kitchen in Panchkula usually means one of two homes: a sector kothi, or an apartment in MDC or Panchkula Extension. Reedify builds for both at its Rohtak factory, about 235 km away, in the acrylic, PU and handleless finishes the tricity expects — priced by the manufacturer rather than a sector-market showroom.

Serving across Panchkula
Panchkula · Haryana
Modular kitchen design in Panchkula splits by building type more than anywhere else we serve. The sector grid is full of well-built independent kothis, but MDC and Panchkula Extension carry genuine apartment stock — which makes this the rare Haryana district where service-lift access and society timings are a real part of the plan rather than a line of filler.
The other Panchkula constant is finish expectation. Being part of the tricity, buyers here have already priced acrylic, PU and handleless kitchens at Chandigarh and Mohali showrooms. We make those finishes. The gap between our number and theirs is the retail margin, not the specification.
Sector kothi or MDC tower — the install plan changes completely between the two.
Why Reedify in Panchkula
A precisely built town rewards precisely cut cabinets — and resents paying a margin twice.
For MDC and Extension flats we book the service lift and confirm society working hours before the delivery date is set.
The gap between our number and a sector-market showroom's is the retail layer, not a cheaper cabinet underneath.
Panchkula's sector homes are squarely built, so CNC-cut modules sit flush the way the tolerance intends.
Full 3D of layout, finish and storage, approved alongside a fixed quote before a panel is cut.
Every panel is cut and finished at our Rohtak factory, about 235 km away, then delivered and installed by our own team. You are buying from the people running the machines, so the acrylic and PU finishes a sector-market showroom marks up reach you at manufacturer cost. That is the entire commercial argument for a Panchkula buyer, and it does not need dressing up.
Panchkula's sector homes are unusually square and well finished, which genuinely helps — CNC-cut modules sit flush against true walls with tight, even reveals, so the result looks tighter than it would in older housing stock. Those homes generally take an island, a U-shape or a premium L with a proper prep zone. MDC and Panchkula Extension flats are more compact and usually suit a parallel or L layout designed around the builder's fixed plumbing and chimney points.
For a tower flat we plan the install around service-lift booking and society working hours before the delivery date is set, and the modules are sized to go up in a lift rather than needing a stair haul. Toward Pinjore and Kalka the homes are plotted and the terrain changes, so vehicle access and approach are what we plan for instead. Should anything be damaged on the way up, we repair or replace it at our own cost.

A sector kothi and an MDC flat pull in opposite directions on layout. These are the six we build most, each planned in 3D — and for apartments, around the service points the builder has already fixed.
FINISHES & MATERIALS
Built to last, not just to look good.
Reedify offers six factory finishes, built on moisture-resistant cores with branded hardware. We do not offer stone, quartz or veneer shutters — we've standardised on finishes that hold up better to daily use, cleaning, dust and humidity.
Cabinets use moisture-resistant engineered cores, with BWP (boiling-water-proof) / marine-grade board at wet zones like the sink and tall units. Sealed edge-banding keeps water and steam out — the number-one failure point in Indian kitchens.
Soft-close hinges, telescopic channels and pull-outs from Hettich and Häfele — and we can source a specific brand on request. Branded hardware is cycle-tested to open and close tens of thousands of times, which is what keeps drawers and doors smooth years after installation.
PRICING
A modular kitchen in Panchkula starts at ₹80,000 for a compact straight or L-shaped kitchen and scales with size, finish, hardware and customisation — a large island or U-shaped kitchen in acrylic or PU has no fixed upper limit. The saving against a tricity showroom quote is the dealer margin, not a cheaper specification. You get an itemised price after a free site measurement.
Every project is quoted individually; your final price is fixed after a free site visit.

How it works
We measure your space to the millimetre — the numbers the whole design is built on.
You see the exact unit in 3D and approve a fixed, itemised quote before anything is cut.
Cut, edge-banded and quality-inspected on our own factory floor, then checked against the approved drawing.
Our own team installs and finishes on site — clean handover, warranty on paper.
Questions
Still deciding? These cover pricing, warranty, timelines and how the factory model actually works.
Can't find yours? Ask us directlyYes, and we plan for it properly. Our panels are modular and lift-friendly, and we book the service lift and confirm society working hours before setting a delivery date. In tower flats we design to the builder's fixed plumbing and chimney points rather than asking for civil changes.
Yes — they are the same finish families we manufacture: acrylic, PU paint, glass shutters and painted gloss. The difference in price is the retail margin a showroom adds to an order it places elsewhere. You are buying the same finish from the factory that makes it.
About 235 km. The route runs down to Ambala and then across, so we treat Panchkula as a scheduled job: the 3D design and fixed quote are approved first, then delivery and installation are planned as one window. We do not promise same-day service at this distance.
Sectors 2–28, MDC, Panchkula Extension and out toward Pinjore and Kalka. Manufacturing is at our Rohtak factory and installation is handled by our own team, not a local subcontractor.
Unusually good. The sectors are precisely built, so walls run true and CNC-cut modules sit flush with clean, even joints. In older or hand-built housing we have to shim and adjust more; here the factory tolerance actually shows in the finished result.
From ₹80,000 for a compact L-shaped kitchen, scaling with size, finish and hardware. A large island kitchen in premium finishes has no fixed upper limit. Everything is itemised after a free measurement so you can compare it line by line against a showroom quote.
Yes. You see the exact layout, finish and storage in 3D and approve a fixed itemised quote before a single panel is cut. Nothing goes into production until you have signed off on both.
Usually a parallel galley or an L-shape. Both keep the working triangle short in a narrow room and let storage go upward into tall units instead of eating floor space. We design around the fixed service points the builder has already installed.
Yes. Those are plotted homes rather than towers, so the planning shifts from lift access to vehicle approach and carry route. We check the approach at measurement and stage the delivery accordingly.
The on-site installation is normally 3–5 working days once modules reach you, within an overall handover of under 45 days from 3D approval. In apartments the actual start depends on the service-lift slot, which we book in advance rather than on the day.
Hettich and Häfele soft-close hinges, telescopic channels and pull-out systems, with a specific brand sourced on request. This is the same hardware tier a premium tricity showroom specifies — we simply are not adding a retail margin on top of it.
We do, directly. Reedify provides up to a 10-year structural warranty* on cabinetry, with hardware under its manufacturer warranties. Because there is no dealer between us, there is nobody to pass a claim to.
