Warranty & Service Support
Warranty coverage depends on the selected material, hardware brand, project scope, usage conditions, and company terms. Full warranty details are shared in writing before project finalisation.
Who gives the warranty
The warranty on hardware — hinges, channels, drawer systems, lift-ups and similar fittings — is given to you by the hardware brand that manufactured it. It is not a Reedify warranty. Reedify is not the warrantor of those components and does not underwrite the brand's cover.
What we do is handle the claim for you. You do not have to find the brand, prove the purchase or argue the case yourself. Raise the request with us, and our team registers it with the hardware brand, provides the project paperwork proving what was fitted and when, and coordinates the replacement or repair through to completion at your home.
Whether a specific claim is accepted, and what the brand does about it, is the brand's decision under the brand's terms. We will tell you honestly where a claim stands rather than promise an outcome we do not control.
Separately from the hardware, Reedify stands behind its own work — manufacturing and installation. That part is ours, and its scope is set out below.
Hardware — covered by the brand, claim handled by us
We fit Hettich and Häfele hardware — two of the established names in modular fittings. Where your budget calls for a different grade, we show you the options and what each one changes, and the brand actually fitted is written on your quotation.
How long that cover runs is set by the hardware company, not by us, and it differs from one brand and one component to the next — a hinge, a channel and a lift-up are not warranted on the same terms. The terms that apply to your project are the ones from the brand fitted in it, and they are confirmed to you in writing at finalisation along with the brand name.
Reedify's own cover — workmanship and panels
Our manufacturing, panels and installation are covered by us directly. How long depends on the grade you choose — the board, the core and the finish you approve on your quotation. A higher-grade material carries a longer cover than an entry-level one, which is why the term is set with your quote rather than printed here as one figure for every project.
Whichever grade you pick, the exact period is written into your quotation before you approve it, so nothing about the cover is left to be assumed.
Coverage is set with your quote
- Selected material and board grade
- Hardware brand — hinges, channels and fittings
- Project scope and installation conditions
- Everyday usage and maintenance
- The specific company terms confirmed with your quote
Because these vary from project to project, the exact warranty length and terms are confirmed in writing at finalisation rather than stated as a single blanket figure.
How to raise a request
- 01
Keep your project papers
Your written quote and handover document record the finish, hardware and warranty terms agreed for your project. They are the reference for any service request.
- 02
Raise a request
Contact us with your project details and a photo of the issue. Our team reviews it against the terms confirmed at finalisation.
- 03
We schedule support
Work on our own manufacturing and installation is done by our team from the Rohtak factory. For a hardware fault, we register and follow the claim with the hardware brand and coordinate the replacement at your home.
