Who we are

Reedify Modulars manufactures and installs modular furniture from its factory at Plot No. 15, I.E, New HSIIDC, Kutana, Hissar Road, Rohtak 124001. This page explains what we do with personal information you give us through this website. It is written for the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) — the Indian law that applies to us.

We have deliberately kept this short and specific. It only describes things this website actually does.

What we collect

We only collect what you type in yourself. There is no hidden collection and no purchased data.

• Enquiry and quote forms — your name and mobile number, and where you provide them, your email address, city, the service you are interested in, and your message. We also record which page you submitted the form from, so we know what you were reading.
• Chatbot — the messages you send in the chat window, the language you pick, and any contact details you give the bot. The conversation is stored so our team can follow up on it.
• Nothing else. We do not ask for and do not want your ID numbers, bank details, card details, or any government identifier. Please do not send these through this website.

Website analytics: this site uses Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It records things like the pages you view, roughly where in the country you are, and what device you use. It is not linked to your enquiry, and it is not used to advertise to you.

Why we collect it

• To call or message you back about the enquiry you sent us.
• To prepare a design, quotation, or site measurement for you.
• To keep a record of what was discussed and agreed, so the person who calls you next is not starting from zero.
• To answer a service or warranty request later, where we need to look up your project.

We do not use your details to advertise to you, and we do not send marketing messages you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it with anyone for their own use. It is handled by our own team, and by the service providers we need to run the website:

• Our hosting and database provider, which stores the enquiry so our team can see it.
• Google — the chatbot sends your chat messages to Google's Gemini service to generate a reply, our enquiry notifications are delivered over Google's email service, and Google Analytics measures site usage. Google processes this on our instructions.
• Nobody else. No advertising networks, no data brokers, no lead resellers.

Where your enquiry is kept: it goes into our own customer record system (CRM), which our team signs in to. It sits in a password-protected database on our hosting, reachable only by the people who need it to answer you — not in a shared inbox or a spreadsheet passed around.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries and chat transcripts that do not become a project: 24 months from our last contact with you.
• Records for a completed project: for the warranty period on that project, plus a short margin — so that if you raise a service request later, we can still look up what was fitted and when.

Once that period passes, or once you ask us to delete your details, we remove them from our systems.

Your choices

Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it. You can also withdraw consent you gave earlier, and you can nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

To do any of that, contact us on +91 98120 53001 or email sales@reedify.in with enough detail for us to find your record — usually the mobile number you enquired from. We will action it within 7 working days.

If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, you can raise it with the Data Protection Board of India.

Privacy complaints are handled by Neeraj Goel at Reedify Modulars. Write to sales@reedify.in or call +91 98120 53001 and ask for him, marking your message "privacy". Please include the mobile number you enquired from so your record can be found.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging furniture for a home or workplace. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

Changes to this page

If we change what we collect or who processes it, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
