What it is
What is Reedify's modular furniture factory?
Reedify Modulars runs a 12,000 sq ft modular furniture factory in Rohtak, Haryana. It is a production unit, not an assembly shed — boards arrive as full sheets and leave as finished, edge-banded, drilled and inspected units, ready to install.
Every modular kitchen, wardrobe, TV unit, pooja unit, bathroom vanity and office range we sell is manufactured on this floor. Nothing is outsourced to a third-party workshop, which is what lets us hold one standard across every order and answer for it afterwards.
Capacity
Built for every space and scale
The same floor handles a single-kitchen order for a flat and a multi-unit package for a builder. Scale changes the schedule, not the process — every panel goes through the same cutting, banding and checking sequence.
Single homes
One kitchen or wardrobe, planned in 3D and manufactured to that exact drawing.
Full-home packages
Kitchen, wardrobes, TV unit, vanity and pooja unit produced together so finishes match.
Builder and bulk
Repeat units for apartment projects, produced in planned batches to one specification.
Commercial fit-outs
Office, hospital and institutional furniture built to floor-plan measurements.
Machinery
The machines behind every project
CNC kitchen manufacturing is only as good as the cut. These are the stages a board passes through, in order, before it becomes a cabinet.

Panel sizing
Full sheets are cut to the drawing on a beam saw, so every carcass panel matches the approved 3D layout rather than a site estimate.

CNC processing
German CNC machinery handles nesting, grooving and hardware boring — repeatable to the same tolerance on the first unit and the fiftieth.

Edge banding
Exposed edges are sealed under heat and pressure. A properly bonded edge is what keeps moisture out of the core in an Indian kitchen.

Hardware boring
Hinge cups, drawer runners and shelf pins are drilled to position, not marked by hand, so shutters align without on-site correction.

Finishing
Laminate, acrylic, PU paint, glass and wood-texture finishes are applied and cured before the unit is packed.

Inspection and packing
Each unit is checked against the drawing, then packed for transport so it reaches site without edge damage.
How we manufacture
From an approved drawing to a packed unit
Manufacturing does not start until the design is signed off. That single rule removes most of what goes wrong on a modular order.
- Step 1
Drawing released to the floor
The approved 3D design becomes a cutting list. Nothing is cut from a verbal brief.
- Step 2
Material and hardware issued
The selected board, finish and hardware are drawn against that specific order.
- Step 3
Production sequence
Panels move through sizing, CNC, banding and boring in a planned order, so one delayed part does not stall the batch.
- Step 4
Quality gate
The unit is checked before it is packed — corrections happen on the bench, not in your home.
- Step 5
Dispatch
Packed, labelled by room and loaded for the installation date.
Quality control
45+ quality checks on every order
The checks are dull and specific on purpose — this is what a factory-built unit should mean.
- Panel dimensions verified against the approved drawing before assembly
- Edge-band bond and trim checked on every exposed edge
- Hinge, runner and handle positions confirmed against the hardware schedule
- Shutter gaps and alignment set on the bench
- Drawer travel and soft-close action tested under load
- Finish inspected for consistency across matched panels
- Carcass squareness checked before packing
- Packing checked room by room so nothing is missing on site
Why it matters
Why factory-direct matters
Most modular furniture in the market passes through a dealer who subcontracts the actual making. Factory-direct modular furniture removes that layer.
One party is accountable
We design, manufacture, install and carry the warranty. There is no supplier to point at if something is wrong.
The price is the maker's price
You are paying for material, hardware and labour — not for a reseller's margin on top of them.
The specification is what you approved
Board, finish and hardware are issued against your order, so substitutions do not happen quietly.
Corrections are ours to make
A remake goes back to the same floor that built it, on our cost and our schedule.

Come and see it

The most useful thing you can do before ordering modular furniture is stand on the floor where it gets made. Visits run Monday to Saturday and take about half an hour — you will see the machines, the boards and the hardware we actually use, not a showroom sample.
