So the hob belongs on whichever arm sits against an exterior wall — and when that is also the wall with the drain, one of the two has to give.
The cylinder bay is a cabinet, not an afterthought
Most Rohtak kitchens still run on an LPG cylinder rather than piped gas. Once the drain and the duct are located, the rest follows a simple order:
Sink on the arm with the existing drain, ideally under or beside the window.
Hob on the arm nearest an exterior wall, so the duct run is short. Keep it clear of the corner by at least a working width, so a kadhai handle never sits over the return.
Refrigerator at the open end of one arm, outside the triangle, so it can be opened without standing in the cook’s path.

There is no single right answer. If the corner will hold pressure cookers and patilas in daily use, drawers or a pull-out earn their cost quickly. If it will hold a spare grinder used twice a month, a fixed shelf is honest value and the money is better spent on the hob run.

Two dimensions are worth settling before the drawing is approved. When the L-Shape Is the Wrong Answer
Two situations where a different layout is the better call:
A long, narrow room. Where the kitchen is effectively a corridor, a parallel modular kitchen uses both long walls and returns more counter and storage than an L squeezed into the same footprint.
A large plot-house kitchen with more than one cook. Where the room is genuinely wide and storage demand is high, a U-shaped modular kitchen adds a third run and a second work zone without stretching the triangle.
If neither describes your room, the L is very likely correct — but take the measurements to a designer before locking anything, because the room usually settles the argument faster than a catalogue does.
